4. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through the Site or via phone/WhatsApp. Payments are processed through secure payment systems. A booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Prices may vary due to exchange rates and partner conditions. In case of erroneous pricing, the booking may be canceled and the paid amount refunded.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and change conditions vary depending on the type of service (flight, hotel, tour, etc.) and the rules of the relevant partner. Detailed cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking.

Hesperos Tour reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Hesperos Tour. It may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hesperos Tour does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. It shall not be liable for any damages arising from possible errors.

Since services are provided by business partners, Hesperos Tour is not responsible for damages arising from the fault of these partners.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices in Antalya.

9. Right to Amend

Hesperos Tour reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Site.
